Obituary for Duane George Printup

Duane George Printup, 71, of Shadyside, OH, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Rudy Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

Duane was born on October 14, 1942 in Elba, NY. He was the son of Rose (Chugg) Printup of Elba, NY and the late Llewellyn Printup.

Duane was baptized at Our Lady of Fatima, Elba, NY and raised in the Catholic denomination of faith. He was a long distance truck driver for 27 years.

Duane is survived by his loving wife, Debbie (Kemp) Printup of Shadyside, OH, a step-son, David Hildebrant of Moundsville, WV, four children, Leslia Waldon and her husband, Dean of Oakfield, NY, Kimberly Walczack and her husband, Brian of Elba, NY, Danielle Brickman and her husband, Jerry of Elba, NY and Michelle and her husband, Joey of PA, seven grandchildren, a brother, Kenneth “Kenny” Printup and his wife, Shirley of Medina, NY, three sisters, Jeanette Smith and her husband, Franklin of PA, Evelyn Ramsey and her significant other, Franklin Erhardt of NC, and Dawn Hebert of Brockport, NY, and several nieces and nephews.
Duane was cremated under the direction and care of the Chambers Funeral Home, 1030 Main Street, Wellsburg, WV (304) 737-3551 and will be buried in Elba, NY with his father.

Duane gave the gift of life through the process of organ and tissue donation through CORE, Center for Organ Recovery and Education, so that others may live.
