Obituary for Patsy Clyde "Pat" Tober

Patsy “Pat” Clyde Tober, 73, of Windsor Heights, WV, passed away at 5:33 AM on Friday, April 10, 2015, at Wheeling Medical Park, Wheeling, WV.

Pat was born on October 8, 1941, in Rymersburg, PA. He was the son of Dorothy (Fennell) Tober of Windsor Heights, WV and the late Frank Tober.

Pat was a retired coal miner, a member of the UMWA and of the Windsor Heights Church of God. Pat enjoyed camping, tinkering in the garage, having fun and spending time with his family.

Pat was always willing to help a stranger. He was a great man and father. Pat will be missed by many. He loved each and every one of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his father, Pat was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Rogers and a brother, Gary Tober.
In addition to his mother, Pat is survived by his loving wife, Patricia (Williamson) Tober, six dedicated children, Patrick Tober, Billy and Kathy Max, all of Windsor Heights, WV, Patty and Kevin Page of Las Vegas, NV, Holly and Bill Cline of Ladson, SC, Kelly Tober and Vicky and Bobby Ward, all of Windsor Heights, WV, 14 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two sisters, Kathy Hundagen of Windsor Heights, WV and Karen and Ronnie Rupert of West Liberty, WV, a brother, Jeff and Vickie Tober, a sister-in-law, Karen Tober, all of Windsor Heights, WV, and several nieces and nephews.

According to Pat’s wishes, he will be cremated under the direction and care of the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304) 737-3551.
