Timothy Norris, 29, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away at 6:06 AM on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV with his family at his side, after a brief illness.

Timothy was born on July 5, 1986 in Steubenville, OH. He was the son of Billie Jo Dailey and her fiance, Bruce Bowen of Dillonvale, OH and the late Thomas Norris.

Many will remember Timothy for his love of fishing, his dog, and being a #1 Steeler fan.

In addition to his mother, Timothy is survived by his two siblings, Thomas (Tracy) Norris of Dillonvale, OH and Tina Norris and her fiance, Gary Supanik of Mt. Pleasant, OH, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
