Obituary for Victor Dale Haas Sr.
Victor Dale Haas Sr., 69, of Follansbee, WV, passed away at 7:43 AM on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at his daughter’s residence.
Victor was born on January 10, 1947 in Columbus, OH. He was the son of the late Leroy Haas and Viola Marrett.
Victor enjoyed so many things in life and worked as a cook and auto mechanic at many places.
In addition to his parents, Victor was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia (Adams) Haas in 2012, a brother, Russell Haas and a sister, Sharon Jordan.
Victor is survived by his two children, Victor Dewayne Leroy Haas of Weirton, WV and Debra Rebon of Follansbee, WV and her husband, James Rebon of Wellsburg, WV, a step daughter, Amy Adams of Wellsburg, WV and her former husband, George DeGarmo of Wellsburg, WV, three grandchildren, Hannah Elizabeth Gardner and Caleb Ethan Gardner of Weirton, WV, and Katelyn Marie Rebon of Follansbee, WV, three step grandchildren, Kashayla DeGarmo of Wellsburg, WV, Hunter DeGarmo of Wellsburg, WV, and Daicyn Adams of Claysville, PA, his ex-wife, Kathy Six of Weirton, WV, a brother, Lawrence Haas of Toronto, OH, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
A private family viewing was held at James Funeral Home, 1245 Main Street, Follansbee, WV (304) 527-1717.
Private burial will be held at Island Creek Cemetery, Toronto, OH.
