Thomas David Stiles, 65, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at his residence.

Tom was born on May 5, 1951 in Parkersburg, WV. He was the son of the late James and Doris (Williams) Stiles.

Tom served during the Vietnam War in the United States Navy. He was a proud graduate of West Liberty State College. Tom lived in Jacksonville, FL for nearly 35 years before moving back to West Virginia in 2011. He worked at Northwood Health System as a caregiver. Tom was a member of West Liberty Christian Church. Many will remember Tom for his willingness to always help others through their struggles and his heart of gold.

Tom is survived by his two sisters, Gina Smith and her husband, Ralph and Beth Rouse and her husband, Jim, four nieces and nephews, Adam Smith and his wife, Ginger, Jennifer Nobbs and her husband, Dan, Tyler Rouse and Amanda Rouse, four great nieces and nephews, Tyrus, and Kailyn Nobbs, Beckett and Hollis Smith, and many extended family and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 3:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 4:00 PM at the West Liberty Christian Church, 201 Chatman Street, West Liberty, WV with Pastor Dennis Arnold, officiating.
