Obituary for Carol Ann Rogers (Koltz)

Carol Ann (Koltz) Rogers, 82 of Follansbee, WV, passed away at 9:05 PM on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH.

Carol was born on July 21, 1934 in Follansbee, WV. She was the daughter of the late John and Alta Koltz.

Carol was Catholic by faith. She was a homemaker that enjoyed all aspects of gardening, housekeeping, and cooking. Carol attend T.O.P.S. meeting.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband, John Rogers, a daughter, Debra Rogers, a son-in-law, Robert Campbell and several brothers and sisters.

Carol is survived by her two daughters, Sandy (George) O’Shanka and Janet Campbell, all of Langeloth, PA, three grandchildren, Tonya (Reno) McElroy, Rebecca (Michael) Schaedel, and Heather (Howard) Ward, six great grandchildren, Nicole, Justin, Brooke, Cory, Patrick and Courtney, numerous brothers and sisters, and several nieces and nephews.

A Public Visitation on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304)527-1717 where a Private Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday with funeral chaplain, Reverend Sharon Van Dam. Interment will follow at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, WV.
