Obituary for Michelle Lowry (Garber)

Michelle (Garber) Lowry, 47, of Follansbee, WV passed away at 12 Noon on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at her residence under the care of her loving family and Valley Hospice.

Michelle was born on November 12, 1969 in Rockford, IL. She was the daughter of Richard Garber of Port Richie, FL and the late Laura (McFarland) Garber.

Michelle worked for the Brooke County Sheriff’s Association in fundraising during the telephone campaign.

In addition to her father, Michelle is survived by her significant other, David “Joe” Schulte, two sons, Michael Lowry and his wife, Jessica and Philip Martin and his wife, Samantha all of Follansbee, WV, a paternal grandmother, Virginia Garber of Port Richie, FL, a brother, Richard Garber and his wife, Kris of Wisconsin, two nieces, and her beloved cat, Cally.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, December 17, 2016 from 12 Noon - 2:00 PM and 4:00 until time of Funeral Service at 6:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304) 527-1717, with her uncle, Reverend Paul Bailey, officiating.
