Rebecca Reva Koch, 87, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away at 10:08AM on Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at Lifeline Hospital, Wintersville, OH.

Rebecca was born on December 31, 1929 in Follansbee, WV. She was the daughter of the late Phillip D. and Nellie May (Bremer) Koch.

Rebecca was a devoted member of the Wellsburg Salvation Army where she served as a welcome Sergeant, Librarian, Sunday School Teacher, in the kitchen, and a bell ringer at Christmas time.

In addition to her parents, Rebecca was preceded in death by her twin brother, Ronald Koch.

Rebecca is survived by her brother, Robert Koch and his wife, Phyllis of Richmond, OH, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at 1:00 PM at St. John Cemetery, Colliers, WV, with Reverend Andrew Bush, officiating. Interment will follow.
