Norvelle Louise (Mears)  McQuillian
Norvelle Louise (Mears) McQuillian, 74, of Follansbee, WV, passed away at 11:05 AM on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Trinity Medical Center, Steubenville, OH.

Norvelle was born on June 24, 1943 in Washington, D.C. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Pauline (Shaw) Mears.

Norvelle was a member of the Follansbee Church of Christ. She worked as a nursing aid and kitchen staff at Riverside Nursing Home and Valley Haven Geriatric Center, Beech Bottom, WV.

In addition to her parents, Norvelle was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Tredway Sr., second husband, Floyd Roy McQuillian Sr., three children, Robert, Becky, and Jerry Tredway (January 2017), two grandsons, Christopher Redmond and Michael Gale Tredway (October 31, 2017) and step daughter, Alice Florine McQuillian.

Norvelle is survived by her three children, Harry Tredway Jr. of Virginia, Richard Tredway and his wife, Debbie of Colliers, WV, and Raynell Reintzel of Martins Ferry, OH, two step sons, numerous grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, three brothers, Robert and Charlie Rogers and Henry Mears Jr., two sisters, Helen Cullen and Gail Kupfner and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, December 4, 2017 from 1:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 2:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV with Minister William Cooper, officiating. Following the service, Norvelle will be cremated and interred at St. John Cemetery with her grandson, Christopher.
