Michael Paul Huonker, 41, of Wheeling, WV, passed away suddenly on Friday, February 23, 2018 at his home.

Michael was born on September 24, 1976 in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of Becky (Rouse) Ernest of Triadelphia, WV.

Michael worked as a mechanic. Many will remember Michael for his enjoyment of hunting and fishing; but most of all, the love of his children and family.

Michael was preceded in death by his maternal granddad, brother, James M. Huonker Jr., an aunt, Tracy, and a uncle, Frank.

In addition to his mother, Michael is survived by his fiancée, Dawn Howell of Wheeling, WV, three children, Paula Huonker of Montana and Shane and Mallory Huonker of Wheeling, WV, a sister, Mandy Riccadonna of Triadelphia, WV, two nieces, Christian and Savanna Riccadonna, two great nieces, a maternal grandmother, Beverly Rouse of Wheeling, WV, two aunts, Tammy and Shirley, two uncles, Terry and Clifford Jr. and several cousins.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 1:00 to 3:00 and 5:00 until time of Funeral Service at 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304) 737 3551. Following the service, Michael will be cremated.
