The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Rose Marie (Richards) Forsythe can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Dear Pastor and Sister David Forsythe and Family: On behalf of the churches, pastors, and other ministers of Section One of the WV and western MD District, United Pentecostal Church International, I extend heartfelt condolences on the passing your family's matriarch, Rose Marie (Richards) Forsythe. Having experienced the grief of the passing of my own dear mother only a few months before the passing of yours, I can truly appreciate what you are going through. I have just finished reading about her life in the memorial/obituary. What a wonderful lady she must have been. Please know that you are in our hearts and prayers. We love you all.
