Joseph "Joe" Latimer  Barnhart
Joseph “Joe” Latimer Barnhart, 55, of Colliers, WV, passed away at 9:39 PM on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at Weirton Medical Center, Weirton, WV.

Joe was born August 28, 1962 in Steubenville, OH. He was the son of the late Earl Robert and Margaret “Peggy” (Latimer) Barnhart.

Joe worked as an operator and foreman for 22 years with James White Construction. Many will remember Joe for his love of working on things in the garage; but most of all, the love of his granddaughters that changed his life.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Barnhart.

Joe is survived by his wife, Kitty (Mills) Barnhart of Colliers, WV, three children, Marci Jo Evans and her fiancé, Eric Smail, Kasey Evans, all of Weirton, WV, and Brad Evans and his wife, Erica of Manassas, VA, two granddaughters, Janessa and Gracie Smail, and a brother, Rob Barnhart of Follansbee, WV.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 1:00-3:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM and again on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304)527-1717, with Pastor Dan Cooper, officiating.

Interment will follow at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, WV.
