Barry Scott “Scotty” Coulter, 52 of Moundsville, WV, passed away at 8:51 PM on Monday, July 16, 2018 at Sistersville Center, Sistersville, WV.

Scotty was born on April 24, 1966. He was the son of the Thomas and Linda (Dunlap) Coulter.

He was a 1984 graduate of John Marshall High School. Scotty worked at REM Home as a caregiver and Wheeling Hospital in the Laundry Department. Many will remember Scotty for his love of collecting coins, big trucks, motorcycles, singing karaoke; but most of all, for cooking.

In addition to his parents, Scotty was preceded in death by his twin brothers, David and Jeffery Coulter.

Scotty is survived by his daughter, Amanda Coulter and her fiancé, Dave Runkle of Wheeling, WV, grandson, Ryan Runkle, half brother, Thomas “Tom” Coulter of Tennessee, half sister, Penny Doyle of Elkins, WV, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 3:00 until time of Funeral Service at 4:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304)737-3551, with Funeral Chaplain, Reverend Sharon Van Dam, officiating.

Interment will be held private at Graysville Cemetery, Proctor, WV.
