Obituary for Clarence W. Rouse
Clarence W. Rouse, 91, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away 8:55 PM on Monday, June 13, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital.
Clarence was born on October 17, 1924 in Brooke County. He was the son of the late Morgan and Inez (Wall) Rouse.
Clarence retired after 37 years of service as a mill rite at National Steel. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded in death by his two brothers, Robert and William Rouse and a sister, Hazel Leona Bland.
Clarence is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Anna Bell (Jolly) Rouse of Wellsburg, WV, a son, William “Bill” Rouse and his wife, Jean of Cross Creek, WV, two grandchildren, Tracy Lynn Lancaster and Kristopher Shawn Rouse, two great grandchildren, Morgan and Dustin Lancaster, and several nieces and nephews.
Private burial will be held at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Weirton, WV under the direction and care of the Chambers Funeral Home, Wellsburg, WV (304) 737-3551.
