Evelyn (Rotellini) Bologna, 91, of Follansbee, WV, passed away at 8:41 AM on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at her residence.

Evelyn was born on April 9, 1926 in Penowa, PA. She was the daughter of the late Bernardo “Benny” and Josephine (Franchi) Rotellini.

Evelyn was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Follansbee, WV. She worked numerous years helping her mother-in-law at the Country Inn, Burgettstown, PA and then her daughter as a preschool aid for Mrs. Josie Preschool. Many will remember Evelyn for her cooking Sunday dinner but most of all the love and care she gave to her whole family, especially her grandkids.

In addition to her parents, Evelyn was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vincent J. Bologna on January 28, 2017, a great grandson, Troy, a brother, Dino Rotellini, two brothers-in-law, Joseph and Anthony “Tony” Bologna, and a sister-in-law, Rose Marie “Honey” Friday,

Evelyn is survived by her two children, Joseph “Joe” (Maggie) Bologna of Burgettstown, PA and Josie (Ralph) Urso of Colliers, WV, nine grandchildren, Loriann Voss, Joseph Bologna, Vincent (Kylee) Bologna, Christina (Tom) Agzigian, Ashlee Henry, Frank (Holly) Urso, Vincent (Fiancée Darlene) Urso, Randy Urso, and Lori Ujvari, 12 great grandchildren, Tiffany, Brianna, Luciano, Gabriella, Maleena, Emilee, Austin, Luke, Evan, Lauren, Kristen, and Kelsey, six brothers, Joseph “Joe” Rotellini of Northview, MI, Ray Rotellini of Miamisburg, OH, John Rotellini of McDonald, PA, Anthony “Butch” Rotellini of Wellsburg, WV, Robert “Bob” Rotellini and William “Bill” Rotellini, both of Avella, PA, a special sister-in-law, Norma Rotellini, two brothers-in-law, Lou and Raymond Bologna and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Sunday, May 14, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM with a Vigil Service at 6:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304) 527-1717, where funeral will commence on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 9:30 AM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 1017 Jefferson Street, Follansbee, WV, with Father Thomas R. Gallagher, presiding.

Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery, Avella, PA next to her dear husband, Vincent.
