Joseph “Joe” Blaine Miller Jr., 62 of Steubenville, OH, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at UPMC Shadyside, Pittsburgh, PA.

Joe was born on December 1, 1955 in Wellsburg, WV. He was the son of the late Joseph Sr. and Regina (Aurand) Miller.

Joe served proudly in the United States Military. He was a member of the United Pentecostal Church, Steubenville, OH. Many will remember Joe for being a Cook; but most of all, for his loyalty and devotion to his family.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his loving wife of 40 years, Janet Lee (Yost) Miller, a son, Eric Miller, and two brothers, Timothy and Bert Miller.

Joe is survived by his four children, Joey Miller, Carrie Miller Carlock and her husband, Kareem Sr., Brandon Pinnell and Rick Noviski, all of Steubenville, OH, 19 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, four brothers, Mike Miller of Wellsburg, WV, Dave, Shawn, and Dale Miller of New Philadelphia, OH, two sisters, Tammy and Gina Miller, also of New Philadelphia, OH and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, February 2, 2018 from 11:00 AM until time of Funeral Service at12 Noon at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304) 527-1717 with Funeral Chaplain Reverend Sharon Van Dam, Officiating.

Interment will follow at Kadesh Chapel Cemetery, Beech Bottom, WV.
