Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William James Smith, Jr. can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

I am so sorry to hear today 3-27-18 that Billy has gone home to the Lord. He and Carol and I graduated 1960 from follansbee hi and were in school since we were all 5 years old starting on the hill with Mr Woodard as our teacher. He was a wonderful guy. I am so glad I got to say hello to him at his mom's funeral.God bless all of you. We will see Billy in Heaven.
